TruPars sources, inspects, ships and clears vehicles from the UAE to Iran on your instruction. We act on your behalf as an importer of record where the law allows and as your agent otherwise.
The terms below govern your use of TruPars. They are a plain summary of how we work, not a replacement for the signed contract issued with your quote.

An estimate is indicative and is not an offer. Only a quote issued against your request is binding, and only for the period and exchange rate stated on it.
Payment is by bank transfer and is confirmed manually against the receipt you upload. Work begins once payment is confirmed, not when a receipt is uploaded.
The inspection reports the condition observed at the time of inspection. Approving the media authorises us to ship that specific vehicle; we will not ship a car you have not approved.
Transit times and arrival dates are estimates provided by the carrier. Customs duty, inspection at the border and port congestion are outside our control, and changes in duty are passed through at cost.
A request is closed only when you confirm arrival with the code sent to your phone. Risk passes on handover; storage charges may apply if a confirmed slot is missed.
We store what a request needs: your contact details, your documents and the history of the request. Documents are served over expiring signed links and are never on a public path.
